Elysian Officiant & Notary Services opened on May 27, 2023, with a simple purpose: to provide accurate, respectful marriage license signings and reliable notary services at pivotal moments. One of our first signings was a beautiful signing for two local physicians. Since then, we have proudly served individuals and families from diverse backgrounds — including clients navigating immigration-related processes and those starting new lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. Today, Elysian provides professional Officiant services, dependable Notary support, immigration-related assistance, and court-admissible DNA collection services. Our expanded offerings are designed for clients navigating marriage, immigration processes, family verification, and legal documentation with clarity and care. Additionally, Elysian Independent Housing, a transitional housing initiative for single mothers, is currently under development. Updates will be shared as the program becomes available.
