Upon arrival at 128 S. Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28203 please enter the First Citizens Bank.
Our office is located on the 19th floor, therefore you will need to ask the guard at the desk to grant you access to the 19th floor. Our receptionist will then buzz you into the waiting area. -
Help us assist you by inputting accurate information on your form as our records must match the Register of Deeds office.

There will be a service charge of $35.00 to edit your form as the edit will restart the automated flow.

As of 5/6/2024 witnesses are now $55.00 each and will be billed separately from the signing fee.

Please understand that the simple signing option is quick, affordable, and informal.

Decorations are kept to a minimum. (Gold & White decor)

You must have a valid Marriage License which is not expired.

You may have 2 additional guests in addition to yourself and witnesses.

All payments are final!

A customer agreement must be completed and returned to finalize the booking date and time.
(Your customer agreement is automated from your booking form. It will automatically forward to your email after payment has been made. Please complete the customer agreement with accurate information.)
